Delivery area: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT (metro areas only)
Order cut-off: 9pm Wednesday or 9pm Friday, depending on your delivery region
Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday to Sunday
Lead time: Delivery in the days following the weekly cut-off, typically the same week or the following week depending on region
Regional delivery: Sydney metro, Sydney regional, Central Coast, Newcastle, the Hunter Region and the ACT are served, plus Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. A postcode checker determines availability, and gym pickup points are offered in some areas.
One-off orders: Yes, no subscription needed
Changing or pausing: No lock-in contracts. Simply select your order for the week and pay as you go.
