My wife was 20Kg over weight and struggling with diets and related stress issues, and I had never really recovered from heart attacks occurring some years ago. We had joined a Gym for 12 months which failed; walked a lot with the dog; purchased home gym equipment but never progressed anything over the past 10years. We had reached the point where we could not see a way forward. Sid Fit – Gavin has changed our lives over the past 11 weeks. The program is primarily strength training, including cardio, which has been awesome. Our body shapes have already changed. My wife has lost 6Kg and has shed inches off her waist and back. There has been no diet, just a check on what we have been eating with a "don't eat that, minimise that" …..too easy. Gavin certainly knows his stuff. We are both moving toward our goals with a minimum of fuss. He knows our capability and pushes us at the right times to move forward. There is no doubt we are getting the results and are self- motivated. O Boy what a great feeling. If you have similar issues to ours give this a try.”
