The more I've exercised, the more energy I seem to have got and my ability to handle and recover from anaerobic intense sessions has helped my endurance and mental health too. I'm enjoying strength building and the hit you get from pushing boundaries. I can do more fitness wise than I've ever done before. My diet has shifted to eat more basic but healthy unprocessed foods, smaller portions and less food and soft drinks that are high calorie for quick energy fixes. Fitness and the gym is a great pick me up now and part of a weekly cycle I need to do rather than used to like the idea of but put off.”
