About
At Live Better Nutrition, we believe that everyone should have a healthy relationship with their food. This doesn't mean that we need to always be eating healthy food, and we certainly don't recommend that everyone should only eat kale or lentils! We understand that every patient has unique needs, and we relish the opportunity to give you the practical advice you need.
We are committed to an active lifestyle and are proud sponsors of Capital Athletics & Corroboree Little Athletics, and the ACT Walking & Fitness Club.
Approach: Gentle, empathetic, practical; described by a client as using a 'gentle cheerleading approach'
Weight Loss Approach
Practical, individualised advice; supports LCHF/ketogenic approaches alongside general healthy eating. Focuses on a healthy relationship with food rather than rigid dietary rules.

Client Reviews
“Thank you for your wonderful support of our family. We are so grateful for the gentle cheerleading approach you took with our daughter as she recovered from an eating disorder. Your understanding and empathy was just what she needed to help get her interested in eating (and the right foods) again.”
