About
Making dietary changes can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to. From supporting you with your weight, managing chronic health conditions like type two diabetes, or improving your gut symptoms, my biggest wish is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself through healthy, sustainable (and delicious) dietary habits. I use a weight-neutral approach — less focus on the scales, more focus on markers like cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, and how you actually feel.
I'm not here to give you a quick fix or a magic meal plan. I'm here to teach you how to tune into your body, which products to buy at the supermarket, what a healthy portion size looks like, and how to tie this all together in a way that supports and celebrates you.
Approach: Non-judgmental, weight-neutral, practical and educational; focuses on sustainable long-term habits over quick fixes; warm and relatable with a self-disclosed honest approach to food and body image
Weight Loss Approach
Weight-neutral approach; less focus on scales, more focus on other health markers (cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, how the client feels). Acknowledges weight tracking is still relevant in some clinical conditions. Focuses on sustainable, realistic dietary habits rather than quick fixes or magic meal plans.
