Apple & Cinnamon Natural Muesli
We have included Chia seeds in this muesli. Chia seeds can be found in the health food aisle of your supermarket and can naturally boost your energy. Chia seeds are high in protein and fibre so will help to keep you feeling fuller for longer. If you want this muesli to be a little sweeter then add a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. All Bran Sticks
- 1 tbsp. flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp. sultanas
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- ½ tsp. chia seeds
- ½ apple, diced into small chunks
- 3/4 cup milk (if you like more use 1 cup)
Method
- 1Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix around.
- 2Add milk, stir, and leave for 5 mins until milk soaks into oats.
- 3Serve immediately.
