Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup (approx 10) frozen or fresh strawberries*
- ½ pear, skin on
- 1 tablespoons Psyllium Husks*
- 1 ½ cups orange or apple juice
Method
- 1Place all ingredients into a blender and wiz for 1 minute until the frozen strawberries are broken up.
- 2Place in a large drinking container with straw and off you go.
