Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup (approx 10) frozen or fresh strawberries*
  • ½ pear, skin on
  • 1 tablespoons Psyllium Husks*
  • 1 ½ cups orange or apple juice

Method

  1. 1Place all ingredients into a blender and wiz for 1 minute until the frozen strawberries are broken up.
  2. 2Place in a large drinking container with straw and off you go.
