Bircher Muesli with Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 50g strawberries, sliced

Method

  1. 1Place into a container oats apple juice cinnamon and cottage cheese. Mix until all incorporated then let sit overnight.
  2. 2Next morning when ready to serve mix in yoghurt and sliced strawberries. Place into a serving bowl.
