- 50g kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 100g mandarin, peeled and segmented
- 150g apple, chopped
- 125g low fat yogurt of choice
- 50g Bran cereal of your choice
Method
- 1Mix together fruit and yogurt and mix well to combine.
- 2Place cereal in bowl and fruit on top.
- 3Mix cereal and fruit together, if desired.
