Ingredients
- ½ cup Quick Cooking Oats
- ½ cup low fat milk
- ½ Apple
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. low fat Natural Yoghurt
Method
- 1Place oats, milk and cinnamon in a bowl and stir.
- 2Cook for 90 seconds in microwave. Take out and stir.
- 3Add the apple and blueberries, stir.
- 4Place yoghurt on top and drizzle the honey over
- 5Serve immediately.
