Ingredients

  • ½ cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • ½ cup low fat milk
  • ½ Apple
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. low fat Natural Yoghurt

Method

  1. 1Place oats, milk and cinnamon in a bowl and stir.
  2. 2Cook for 90 seconds in microwave. Take out and stir.
  3. 3Add the apple and blueberries, stir.
  4. 4Place yoghurt on top and drizzle the honey over
  5. 5Serve immediately.
