Cottage Cheese Oats
The standard nutrition panel doesn't do this recipe justice as it is packed with beneficial vitamins and minerals. There aren't too many better ways to get your day off to a nutritious start than having this for breakfast.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup quick cooking oats
- ⅔ cup low fat milk
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp. fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 med banana, sliced
Method
- 1Place oats and milk in a bowl and cook in microwave for 1min 20secs. Set aside for 1 minute to cool.
- 2In a separate bowl mix together cottage cheese, pinch of cinnamon and honey.
- 3Place cottage cheese mixture on top of oats, then place banana and blueberries on top.
- 4Serve immediately.
