Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled whole oats
- 1 cup premium apple juice
- 1 pear grated with skin on
- 1 cup 98% fat free natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. sultanas
- 2 tbsp. cranberries
- 1 tbsp. crushed walnuts
Method
- 1In a container or bowl place all ingredients, mix and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
