Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. low fat milk
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1/2 cup baked beans, we used salt reduced
  • Cooking Spray
  • S & P to taste

Method

  1. 1Whisk egg and milk together until well combined.
  2. 2Place mixture in shallow dish.
  3. 3Dip the bread into the egg  mix on both sides.
  4. 4In a non stick pan, heat the olive oil then cook the bread on both sides until golden brown.
  5. 5Heat the baked beans and serve on top of the French toast.
