Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. low fat milk
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 1/2 cup baked beans, we used salt reduced
- Cooking Spray
- S & P to taste
Method
- 1Whisk egg and milk together until well combined.
- 2Place mixture in shallow dish.
- 3Dip the bread into the egg mix on both sides.
- 4In a non stick pan, heat the olive oil then cook the bread on both sides until golden brown.
- 5Heat the baked beans and serve on top of the French toast.
