Ingredients
- 59g egg (1 egg)
- 200g Self raising flour
- 3g Splenda sugar
- 100g low fat milk
- 50g low fat ricotta cheese
- 20g honey
- 10 g crushed walnuts
Method
- 1Mix together egg, flour, milk and Splenda and mix well until combined. Set aside.
- 2Mix ricotta and walnuts together until well combined add honey
- 3Place two tablespoons of pikelet mixture in a non stick frying pan and cook until golden on both sides.
- 4Place ricotta mixture between each layer and serve immediately.
