Ingredients

  • 4 Red Grapes
  • 4 Green Grapes
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 4 strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 apple, sliced, leave skin on
  • 1 x 175g (small) tub low fat fruit yoghurt - we used Yoplait Raspberry

Method

  1. 1Place all chopped fruit in bowl and mix to combine.
  2. 2Dollop on your favorite low fat yogurt for extra taste and goodness.
