Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. cranberries
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
- ½ tsp. chia seeds
- 1 grated apple
- 2 tbsp. All Bran Sticks
- Drizzle Honey
Method
- 1Place all ingredients into bowl and mix.
- 2Top with All Bran Sticks and almonds.
- 3Serve immediately into glasses.
