Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. cranberries
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
  • ½ tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 grated apple
  • 2 tbsp. All Bran Sticks
  • Drizzle Honey

Method

  1. 1Place all ingredients into bowl and mix.
  2. 2Top with All Bran Sticks and almonds.
  3. 3Serve immediately into glasses.
