I started in winter of 2020 and have been enroled every term since then. I highly recommend training with Lourdes and with a group since it motivates you knowing that you're not in it alone. The location and class times are also very convenient for someone working full-time. Extra bonus is the group environment is not intimidating and allows you to workout with a peace of mind.
