Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups low fat milk
  • 1 small tub vanilla/natural/greek yoghurt (125g)
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. 1Blend all ingredients together.
  2. 2Serve in chilled glasses, with straws.
  3. 3Garnish with a sprinkle of oats.
