Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 ½ cups low fat milk
- 1 small tub vanilla/natural/greek yoghurt (125g)
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- 1Blend all ingredients together.
- 2Serve in chilled glasses, with straws.
- 3Garnish with a sprinkle of oats.
