Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 2 apricots, stone removed (out of season use canned), halved
  • 2 tablespoons bran

Method

  1. 1Place banana, apricots, milk and bran in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
