Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup low fat natural yoghurt
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 2 apricots, stone removed (out of season use canned), halved
- 2 tablespoons bran
Method
- 1Place banana, apricots, milk and bran in blender and blend until smooth.
- 2Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
