Ingredients

  • 1 cans of chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 spring onions diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1Heat oven to 200C-220C (depending on oven).
  2. 2Mix all the ingredients in a food processor to a paste like consistency.
  3. 3On an oven tray line with baking paper and spray with olive oil.
  4. 4Roll the mixture into little balls and place on oven tray and spray the balls a little with spray bake on high heat for 15 mins turning half way.
