Ingredients
- 1 cans of chickpeas, drained
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 spring onions diced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- 1Heat oven to 200C-220C (depending on oven).
- 2Mix all the ingredients in a food processor to a paste like consistency.
- 3On an oven tray line with baking paper and spray with olive oil.
- 4Roll the mixture into little balls and place on oven tray and spray the balls a little with spray bake on high heat for 15 mins turning half way.
