Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp.low fat natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp. lemon/lime juice
- 2 tsp. salt reduced taco seasoning mix
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Method
- 1Place avocado yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic and taco mix in a bowl and mix until desired texture. If you like a more chunky texture don't overmix.
- 2Place diced tomato and just stir until incorporated.
- 3Serve with rice crackers.
