Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp.low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon/lime juice
  • 2 tsp. salt reduced taco seasoning mix
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

  1. 1Place avocado yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic and taco mix in a bowl and mix until desired texture. If you like a more chunky texture don't overmix.
  2. 2Place diced tomato and just stir until incorporated.
  3. 3Serve with rice crackers.
