Peanut Butter & Banana English Muffin

For this recipe we have used the standard (smooth) peanut butter as this is the most common found in pantries, however to be even healthier try using a variety with no added sugar or salt. When selecting muffins, opt for multigrain or wholemeal if you can, which is what we have. If you would like a gluten free option, replace the muffins with rice cakes.

  • 2 tsp. Peanut butter
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Wholemeal English muffin

Method

  1. 1Toast Muffin lightly.
  2. 2Place 1 tsp. Peanut butter on each side.
  3. 3Slice Banana and place on top.
  4. 4Serve immediately.
