- 2 tbsp. natural yoghurt
- Handful of spinach
- ½ banana, ripe
- ½ tsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup milk, low fat
- 120g pineapple, fresh
- 6 ice cubes

- 1Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all smooth.
