Spiced Banana Smoothie
This smoothie uses almond milk however you are welcome to use your normal milk. Vanilla paste is available in a little jar in the baking aisle otherwise use a fresh vanilla bean or extract.This recipe is low sodium and low fat.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt, light
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Sprinkle nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla paste
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- 1Place all ingredients into a blender, including ice.
- 2Blend until smoothie and serve into glasses with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
