Ingredients

  • 2 Cups (500ml) apple and blackcurrant juice
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

  1. 1Pour blackcurrant and apple juice into a microwave proof jug.
  2. 2Place star anise and cinnamon stick in with black currant and apple juice.
  3. 3Heat juice with spices for 1 minute or until heated to your liking
  4. 4Using a sieve, remove the star anise and cinnamon stick (or leave in the glass if you would like the flavor to infuse more.
  5. 5Serve immediately in a tall glass or mug.
