Ingredients
- 2 Cups (500ml) apple and blackcurrant juice
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- 1Pour blackcurrant and apple juice into a microwave proof jug.
- 2Place star anise and cinnamon stick in with black currant and apple juice.
- 3Heat juice with spices for 1 minute or until heated to your liking
- 4Using a sieve, remove the star anise and cinnamon stick (or leave in the glass if you would like the flavor to infuse more.
- 5Serve immediately in a tall glass or mug.
