Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple or pear, cored and sliced
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach leaves or kale (40g)
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp. chia
  • Handful of ice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 fresh lime juiced
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt, light

Method

  1. 1Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2Serve immediately.
