Ingredients
- 1 cup cous cous
- 1 cup boiling water
- 20g orange juice
- 10 g orange rind
- 20g parsley
- 30g almonds, chopped or slivered
- 10g sunflower seeds
- 10g sultanas, finely chopped
Method
- 1Place cous cous in large bowl, pour over boiling water.
- 2Add orange juice and fluff up and stir well.
- 3Mix in parsley, almonds, sultanas, sunflower seeds, and mix well through cous cous.
- 4Serve immediately with extra chopped parsley if desired.
