Ingredients

  • 1 cup cous cous
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 20g orange juice
  • 10 g orange rind
  • 20g parsley
  • 30g almonds, chopped or slivered
  • 10g sunflower seeds
  • 10g sultanas, finely chopped

Method

  1. 1Place cous cous in large bowl, pour over boiling water.
  2. 2Add orange juice and fluff up and stir well.
  3. 3Mix in parsley, almonds, sultanas, sunflower seeds, and mix well through cous cous.
  4. 4Serve immediately with extra chopped parsley if desired.
