Tuna Wrap
Make sure you use the spring-water not the tuna in oil. You can also add grated carrot, cucumber or sprouts for crunch in the wrap.Squeeze a little lemon over the tuna if you like.

Ingredients
- 1 small can tuna in spring-water
- 2 slices tomato
- Baby spinach leaves
- 2 button mushrooms
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 mountain bread wrap, rye
- 1 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- Squeeze lemon - optional
Method
- 1Drain your tuna and place in bowl. Squeeze a little lemon over if you like, add yoghurt and mix, season with cracked pepper.
- 2Lay your bread on bench and place all ingredients in center, drizzle a little more Greek yoghurt and roll up.
- 3Cut in half and enjoy!
