Bircher muesli is a traditional Swiss recipe which is very healthy and tasty. For an example of a bircher muesli with added fruit, see our Deluxe Bircher Muesli recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled whole oats
- 1 cup premium apple juice
- 1 apple grated, we used golden delicious
- 1 cup 98% fat free natural yoghurt
Method
- In a container or bowl place all ingredients, mix and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
- Serve with berries if desired.
