Chicken Avocado Wrap
We have used 1/3 cooked chicken breast, however if you are in a sandwich shop just watch how much they place on your wrap. If you use bread instead of wrap make sure it is soy linseed or similar as some breads are quite unhealthy.

Ingredients
- Mountain Bread Wrap or Light Wrap
- 80g chicken breast
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 mushrooms
- Baby spinach
- 2 tsp. light mayonnaise or relish
Method
- 1Cook chicken breast on the grill. Take off and set aside for a couple of minutes until breast has rested.
- 2Lay your wrap on bench, and place all ingredients in the center.
- 3Shred your chicken and lay on top of the other ingredients.
- 4Fold and slice in half.
- 5Enjoy
