Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 multigrain bread roll
  • 1/2 chicken breast grilled
  • Spinach leaves
  • Capsicum strips (we used roasted in jar)
  • 1 tsp. sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/4 avocado

Method

  1. 1Cut a freshly baked roll into half.
  2. 2Layer the grilled chicken, avocado, capsicum, spinach on roll.
  3. 3Place cottage cheese on top then drizzle sweet chilli sauce.
  4. 4Enjoy!
