Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 multigrain bread roll
- 1/2 chicken breast grilled
- Spinach leaves
- Capsicum strips (we used roasted in jar)
- 1 tsp. sweet chilli sauce
- 1/4 avocado
Method
- 1Cut a freshly baked roll into half.
- 2Layer the grilled chicken, avocado, capsicum, spinach on roll.
- 3Place cottage cheese on top then drizzle sweet chilli sauce.
- 4Enjoy!
