Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 multigrain bread roll
- 3 slices tomato
- Spinach leaves
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 tbsp. capsicum strips
- 4 slices cucumber
- 1 tsp. seeded mustard or tomato relish
Method
- 1Slice the bread roll in half, length ways.
- 2Grill both halves of the roll until golden brown.
- 3Spread the bottom half of the roll with the Cottage Cheese.
- 4Add the sliced ham and salad mix.
- 5Add the top half of the bread roll and enjoy.
