Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 multigrain bread roll
  • 3 slices tomato
  • Spinach leaves
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp. capsicum strips
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 1 tsp. seeded mustard or tomato relish

Method

  1. 1Slice the bread roll in half, length ways.
  2. 2Grill both halves of the roll until golden brown.
  3. 3Spread the bottom half of the roll with the Cottage Cheese.
  4. 4Add the sliced ham and salad mix.
  5. 5Add the top half of the bread roll and enjoy.
