The added benefit of including yoghurt in our diet is the healthy bacteria or cultures that it contains which helps to ensure that we have the right balance of good and bad bacteria in our stomach.
Ingredients
- 300g low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 punnet fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp. passion fruit pulp
- 1 tbsp. almond slices
Method
- Place in the base of 2 glasses a little of the yoghurt.
- Drizzle some of the passionfruit pulp on top of the yoghurt.
- Place a little more yoghurt on top.
- Divide your blueberries on top of the yoghurt then add more yoghurt so you have layered the dessert.
- Garnish with almonds.
- Enjoy!
