  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 gherkins or pickled onions
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 olives, pitted
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 25g vintage cheese
  • 2 slices rye sour dough bread, good quality
  • 2 wholemeal pita pockets
