Ingredients
- 1 Cup low fat milk
- 1 small tub (80g) low fat vanilla yoghurt (or natural yoghurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 ripe mango, sliced
- 1 passion fruit, pulp removed
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- 1Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
