Mocha Smoothie

This recipe is great for those who don't like to eat yoghurt, but want the goodness of yoghurt in their diet, because you'd never know the yoghurt was in the recipe just drinking it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup low fat natural yoghurt
  • 3 tsp. coffee granules (we use Moccona)
  • 2 tbsp. Milo (or drinking chocolate)
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 3 tsp. raw sugar (or honey)
  • ¼ cup warm water

Method

  1. 1Heat kettle half way as you just want warm water.
  2. 2In a cup place Milo, coffee granules and sugar. Pour in warm water, about ¼ cup just to dissolve the mixture.
  3. 3In blender place milk, yoghurt and coffee mixture with ice cubes and blend until frothy and mixed.
  4. 4Pour into glasses and enjoy.
