Ingredients

  • 120g (3 small cheeks) mango
  • 100g fresh pineapple
  • 1 passionfruit pulp
  • 1 tbsp. Wheat germ (or natural bran)
  • 2/3 Cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 250ml Low Fat Milk
  • Cup full of ice

Method

  1. 1Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until all the pieces have been blended.
  2. 2Place in a large glass and drink immediately.
