Ingredients
- 120g (3 small cheeks) mango
- 100g fresh pineapple
- 1 passionfruit pulp
- 1 tbsp. Wheat germ (or natural bran)
- 2/3 Cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
- 250ml Low Fat Milk
- Cup full of ice
Method
- 1Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until all the pieces have been blended.
- 2Place in a large glass and drink immediately.
