Ingredients
- ½ cup dried penne
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 15g pepperoni
- Sprinkle of oregano
- ¼ capsicum, diced
- 20g olives
- 10g sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp. feta
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Cracked pepper
Method
- 1Cook pasta as per instructions. Do not overcook, you want al dente. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
- 2Add all other ingredients, drizzle olive oil over and mix with tongs.
- 3Serve with grilled chicken or beef.
