Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 600g Lean rump steak sliced
  • Cooking oil spray
  • 6 Green spring onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 punnet baby corn, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce reduced salt
  • 1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
  • 2 cups steamed jasmine rice

Method

  1. 1Spray a non-stick wok with oil.
  2. 2Over high heat, cook beef for 4 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3Return wok to heat.
  4. 4Cook vegetables with 2 tablespoons of water for 2 minutes, or until tender and crisp.
  5. 5Return beef to wok and add sweet chilli, soy sauce, and lime juice. Heat through, tossing to coat.
  6. 6Serve with steamed rice.
