- 600g Lean rump steak sliced
- Cooking oil spray
- 6 Green spring onion, sliced
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 punnet baby corn, sliced
- 2 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce reduced salt
- 1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 2 cups steamed jasmine rice
Method
- 1Spray a non-stick wok with oil.
- 2Over high heat, cook beef for 4 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 3Return wok to heat.
- 4Cook vegetables with 2 tablespoons of water for 2 minutes, or until tender and crisp.
- 5Return beef to wok and add sweet chilli, soy sauce, and lime juice. Heat through, tossing to coat.
- 6Serve with steamed rice.
