Broccolini has a sweet flavor, with notes of both broccoli and asparagus. Broccolini is high in vitamin C and contains vitamin A, calcium, folate, and iron. This side can be served warm or cold depending on the weather.

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 bunch broccolini, washed
- 1 tsp. seeded mustard
- 2 tbsp. greek yoghurt, light
- S & P to taste
Method
- 1Peel and cube your potatoes, boil until tender, drain and set aside.
- 2Blanch broccolini in boiling water and refresh in cold water. Drain and set aside.
- 3Mix together seeded mustard and yoghurt in a small bowl until combined.
- 4Place potato, broccolini and on serving plate and drizzle with yoghurt mixture.
- 5Season with cracked black pepper and serve immediately.
