Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Cottage Cheese, low fat
  • 20g smoked salmon
  • Lettuce or spinach leaves
  • Dill
  • Crispbread, Vita Weet or similar

Method

  1. 1Layer a piece of fresh crisp lettuce on your favourite crispbread.
  2. 2Dollop Cottage Cheese onto the lettuce.
  3. 3Add a few slices of Smoked Salmon.
  4. 4Top with a sprig of fresh dill.
