Ingredients

  • 1 Crumpet, wholemeal
  • 2 tbsp. Capsicum, sliced
  • 1/4 Tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Pizza Sauce
  • 2 small Mushrooms, diced
  • 1 Spring Onion, sliced

Method

  1. 1Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
  2. 2Spread mango chutney on crumpet.
  3. 3Layer tomato on top and top with red / green capsicum.
  4. 4Grate cheese and layer on top.
  5. 5Place in preheated oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. 6Serve immediately.
