Ingredients
- 1 Crumpet, wholemeal
- 2 tbsp. Capsicum, sliced
- 1/4 Tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp. Cheese
- 1 tbsp. Pizza Sauce
- 2 small Mushrooms, diced
- 1 Spring Onion, sliced
Method
- 1Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
- 2Spread mango chutney on crumpet.
- 3Layer tomato on top and top with red / green capsicum.
- 4Grate cheese and layer on top.
- 5Place in preheated oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- 6Serve immediately.
