Ingredients
- 250g small mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 10g chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1Preheat oven 180C.
- 2Place all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix so all coated then place into a small baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve with grilled fish, chicken or meat.
