This is a delicious side dish to have with roast meat, baked fish or even a BBQ. And they're under 100 calories per serve.

Ingredients

  • 250g small mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 10g chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1Preheat oven 180C.
  2. 2Place all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix so all coated then place into a small baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked. Serve with grilled fish, chicken or meat.
