Ingredients
- 1 small sweet potato, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Sprinkle chilli powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Method
- 1Preheat oven 200C.
- 2In a medium bowl, combine the potatoes and spices, drizzle with olive oil.
- 3Cook potatoes in oven for 20 mins or until tender.
- 4Take out and serve immediately.
