No Bake Oat Slice
Keep in mind this is a very delicate slice and needs to be kept cold as once it comes to room temp the honey and butter which is keeping it together will melt.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin or pepita seeds
- 1/4 cup bran, unprocessed
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 50g butter
- 1/4 cup Craisons or cranberries
- 1 tbsp. sunflower kernels
Method
- 1Spray a non-stick slice pan, lined with baking paper.
- 2In a mixing bowl add all dry ingredients and mix.
- 3Heat honey and butter on low heat or in microwave until all incorporated. Mix into the dry ingredients until all incorporated.
- 4Spread out into your pan evenly and leave in fridge for a few hours until hardened.
- 5Carefully slice with a knife; this is a delicate slice so use a spatula to take out. Make sure you keep in fridge.
