Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Cottage Cheese, low fat
- 20g smoked salmon
- Lettuce or spinach leaves
- Dill
- Crispbread, Vita Weet or similar
Method
- 1Layer a piece of fresh crisp lettuce on your favourite crispbread.
- 2Dollop Cottage Cheese onto the lettuce.
- 3Add a few slices of Smoked Salmon.
- 4Top with a sprig of fresh dill.
