Sultana and Oat Loaf
This is great with a cup of herbal tea.

Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 30g butter
- ⅓ cup sultanas or raisons
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup All Bran or similar sticks
- 1/4 cup natural or greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. crushed walnuts
Method
- 1Pre heat oven to 180C.
- 2Sift flour in bowl. Melt butter and mix in eggs and milk and mix well to combine.
- 3Add milk mixture to flour, yoghurt and mix well to combine.
- 4Add sultanas, rolled oats, all bran and walnuts and mix in well. This will be a very dense batter.
- 5Sprinkle a little more sultanas on the top of the bread prior to baking if you like.
- 6Place in lightly greased and lined loaf tin and cook for 25-30 minutes or until risen.
- 7Slice and serve immediately.
