Ingredients
- 2 cups low fat natural yoghurt (or greek yoghurt)
- 1 lebanese cucumber, peeled and seeds removed and grated
- 2 large garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- S & P to taste
Method
- 1Combine yoghurt Garlic, choice of herb, lemon juice in a bowl.
- 2Once combined add in cucumber and chill for a couple of hours.
- 3Stir mixture before serving.
