Ingredients

  • 2 cups low fat natural yoghurt (or greek yoghurt)
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, peeled and seeds removed and grated
  • 2 large garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • S & P to taste

Method

  1. 1Combine yoghurt Garlic, choice of herb, lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. 2Once combined add in cucumber and chill for a couple of hours.
  3. 3Stir mixture before serving.
