Harsh Kanhere has dedicated training in complex malignancy and bariatrics and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS). All surgeons have undergone further subspecialist training in colorectal, oesophagogastric, or hepatobiliary surgery at some of the highest calibre units internationally. All surgeons also have substantive staff specialist appointments at The Royal Adelaide Hospital that see them hold key clinical and academic leadership positions.

Subspecialist training at internationally renowned units including MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston), Memorial Sloan Kettering (New York), Guys & St Thomas Hospitals (London), and St Marks Hospital (London).
