Baked Apple Crisp
The crisp, or crumble topping, sits above blueberries and has a wonderful crunch and hint of cinnamon. This recipe is a great way to get more fruit into your diet and can be served with a dollop of natural yoghurt, fresh cream or even ice cream (if you're not watching your weight too closely).
